(cont’d from above) and paint the island before me surrounded by these weed-like flowers. The ocean’s near stillness in mid-afternoon, the contentedness of looking out to the Sea of Japan without a schedule awaiting.

Ink, color and Pitt monochrome pastel on cardboard. Tanzaku size approximately 7.5 cm width x 31.5 cm height. Personally signed and sealed by the artist in the bottom right corner.
